When you use our contact form or book a survey, we collect your name, practice name, phone number, email address and the content of your message. We collect this to respond to your enquiry and, where you become a client, to manage your service records. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Enquiry data is used solely to respond to your request. Client account data is used to provide access to your service records through our client portal. We retain service records for as long as necessary to provide our maintenance services and meet our legal obligations.
You have the right to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data. To make a request, email info@dentrician.co.uk. We will respond within 30 days.
This website uses a session cookie to support form submission and the client portal login. No tracking or advertising cookies are used unless Google Analytics is configured by the site administrator.
Your data is stored on secure servers. Client portal passwords are stored using bcrypt hashing. PDF service reports are accessible only to the authenticated client they belong to.
